WHAT THEY DO: The Asheville City Schools Foundation is an independent organization whose work strengthens opportunities for students in Asheville City Schools. ACSF’s work impacts over 4,400 students each year through after-school programming, grants to educators, teaching artist classroom residencies, emergency assistance for ACS families and college scholarships. ACSF supports students by reengaging and reconnecting during the current crisis so they can lead a creative life and become the innovators and leaders of tomorrow.
