Buncombe Partnership for Children
WHAT THEY DO: We support children during their first five years, when 90% of their lifetime brain development happens. We form a team with families and early educators. We send over 60,000 free books a year to kids. We give families $1 million in vouchers to afford child care. We enroll 400 children in free pre-K programs. And we train 900 early educators to care for children with thoughtfulness and compassion.
