What They Do:

The mission of OpenDoors Asheville is to strengthen community by eliminating opportunity and achievement gaps for students through education. When students are equipped with a broad range of academic interventions and experiences, they have the social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills to support their classroom, college and career success. Strong students become strong leaders, in turn strengthening the community.

I am so grateful for OpenDoors! My daughter’s grades have improved tremendously, and she’s more confident in her schoolwork. Their college readiness program has helped my son and made him change his mind about going to college. My kids experience so much fun that I never got to experience — it makes my heart so warm.
