RiverLink

WHAT THEY DO: RiverLink promotes the environmental and economic vitality of the French Broad River and its watershed for all. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, we are emphasizing work with those most in need to improve neighborhood climate resilience, while reclaiming contaminated lands for public use, empowering 1,000 volunteers each year, and annually educating some 5,000 students, as well as the public at large, so our entire community may recover together in a healthy French Broad watershed.

  • The first 20 donors of $100 or more will be entered into a drawing for a new and improved rain barrel, which comes with an easy installation video.
RiverLink has been a leader in the transformation of the French Broad for the past 35 years, and I know the organization will be working even harder post Helene for the restoration and revitalization of Asheville's river and all who live alongside her.
