What They Do:

Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation strives to decrease the number of homeless dogs and cats in Haywood County — as well as improve their welfare — through our support of the bonds between them and their human companions.

Matches:

All donations will be matched dollar for dollar, up to a total of $10,000, by an anonymous donor.

Sarge’s is a little nonprofit with a big heart. For 20 years, Sarge’s has been tirelessly rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming thousands of animals. Sarge’s provides essential community resources by distributing donated pet food and supplies to those in need and partnering with Haywood Spay/Neuter to provide low-cost spay/neuter services to the public. Sarge’s is 100% donation-based and needs your support. Critical improvements are sorely needed: upgrading kennels, creating new medical and enrichment areas, expanding outreach facilities and improving the lobby/adoption center.
